A Democracy whose election processes were substantially influenced by computer hackers, resulting in an elected leadership that may not be absolutely legitimate, and owes a debt to the hacker, or the State/Enterprise that sponsored the hacking.
The American people have inherited a Hackocracy, where the true Democratic outcome of elections is left in question by illegitimate computer hacking.

Harpocracy 

Hypocrisy in a supposedly democratic country. Derived from the very undemocratic Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper.
In a democratic country, a political party with the support of one-tenth of its citizens wouldn't be excluded from the televised debates, but alas, this is a harpocracy.
