Hackocracy

A Democracy whose election processes were substantially influenced by computer hackers, resulting in an elected leadership that may not be absolutely legitimate, and owes a debt to the hacker, or the State/Enterprise that sponsored the hacking.
The American people have inherited a Hackocracy, where the true Democratic outcome of elections is left in question by illegitimate computer hacking.
