habitual line stepper 

One who constantly steps over "the line" whatever that line may be. This has the effect of forcing you as an observer to set him or her straight with physical force or the threat of physical force.

the opposite of someone who is spontaneous or has the ability to exhibit spontaneity.

poker habit 

an affectionate term for any addiction, especially gambling.
son: Dad, what is a poker habit?

Dad: son, it's when people are addicted, mostly to games where you need to bet money. it becomes a disease that needs to be treated ASAP in that particular individual. Otherwise, people can lose their financial savings. marriages, property and may even end up doing harakiri to avoid shaming those close to them.
