Geistershaffen

The spark of elation and desire experienced when discovering an inanimate object that makes you realize that the object is necessary to complete your sense of self. You do not merely want it, you do not merely need it, you are struck with the sudden understanding that the object contains a spark of your soul that you didn't even know you were missing. It is as if a door in the house of your spirit has opened up revealed the object in an old room long forgotten.

Walking away from the object giving rise to geistershaffen is likely to cause existential trauma.

Sarah was really geistershaffen about that coffee table, we ought to get it for her.

Minge Gutsters

Trousers or jeans usually worn by middle aged women or sad freaks that come up above the belly button creating a large lump of fat that spreads from stomach to minge emphasising their 'minge gut'(see definition) or creating the appearance of one. Watch 80's music videos or browse the aisles of Marks and Spencers for examples.

Geisterspiel

A "Geisterspiel" is a football game without fans. The term could be translated as "ghost game", but as the Bundesliga started first, it's called a Geisterspiel.

If any players contract the Corona-virus and die of it, their ghosts might haunt the managers of the Bundesliga and it might aquire another meaning, too, but that is to be seen.

On the 16th of may, the Bundesliga resumed with the first Geisterspiel.
