Used by a chavvy male to specify a female friend or best friend, who is not specifically a girlfriend, possibly to boast that they aren't shallow towards the other gender.

Unfortunately it says the opposite as any non-chav bloke will just say friend and specify female if later required.

Walking, twirling, skipping, jumping or running around with two or more of your girlfriends while concurrently guy watching and window shoppping at the mall. Behavior frequently accompanied by loud and somtimes obnoxious laughter, wispering and/or giggling.
