Exploitation of poor people and minorities in the form of price markups on goods and services. For example, higher rates for insurance, usury in loan rates, and "vending machine" level prices from the corner store.

Andrew Young's pro Wal-mart statements were criticized because of the racial element, but he was simply and correctly talking about one form of the "ghetto tax".

When two people (most specificly two grown men) ride on one bicycle, with the passenger either on the handle bars, or if the bike is so equiped standing on the rear axl pegs. Serving as a method of transportation, not to be playful.

He must not have had enough money for the B bus, hence he is taking the ghetto taxi down Whalley Ave.

Ghettotastic- word used to describe an item wanting to be "bling" but not quite making it. Often so pathetic, it's fantastic.

"That chicks cross is covered in fake rhinestones! It's Ghettotastic!"

or

"My graduation tassle has rhinestones on the year, it is so ghettotastic."
