Something that is simultaneously gay and nerdy. Unfortunately, on the intarweb these days, about 80 to 90 percent of stuff is IMMENSELY gaytronic.

The art of bending over your employees and "sticking it to them."

Derived from the latin word,

Impetro - to "get" - also penetrate deeper than usual.

Common uses are as a form of "stepping stone" to those who are fortunate to convince other employers that their stay was only temporary, and that no habits were picked up from Getronics.
