Something comedic that happens to someone that leaves them with an unusually sad face. Usually occurs when embarrased in front of people they would like to impress.
John- The other night at the party lawrence sure did get a frumpy face. He gambled all his money away playin cee lo with his girlfriend watching him. After he lost it all she got pissed and left him there.

A girl with a nice body but an unattractive face. The same thing as a butterface, bagger, frump or Cleveland Brown.
We looked across the bar and thought we saw a hottie - she was slender and had pretty hair. But then she turned around and we saw her homely mug. She was a frump face, unfortunately.
