Fripsy

A person who is not necessarily an alcoholic, due to the fact they don't get drunk, however they tend to frequently get tipsy.

Michael's friends all told him drinking was cool but everytime he tried to get drunk he threw up. He realized to engage socially with alcoholics while remaining vomit free he had to become a fripsy.
