On the foggiest night of the year they say the fog man will appear he controls the fog and can disappear at will he says he can buy you alcohol and tells you to meet at a church but he will never show until you are leaving and then when you turn around he’ll be gone when you come back he’ll request you leave $10 for him and come back but no one knows what happens if you leave the money
