A portmanteau of fluffy and comfortable. Usually described in a situation where something has soft, luxurious fur attached to it and feels good on the skin, usually an article of clothing, blanket or throw pillow.

"It seems really flufftorable, I'm getting those socks now!"
"Those alpacas are flufftorable. I would hug one and never let go."
