It mainly means "YOU PRUNE" or "YOU MORON" yet any meaning can be attacted to it depending on what mood you are in. its a word for every situation when you are stuck for what to say.

say someone is really annoying you just randomly start shouting "FLOBBERDOB FLOBBERDOB FLOBBERDOB!" over and over at them they'll soon leave you alone, the only down side is that they might call for a psychiatrist.
