The polite word used in public for vaginal fingering with the middle and ring fingers. also used as an insultive gesture by shaking the two fingers in unison at someone, usually an attractive woman.

Person 1: Dude, I couldn't sleep last night, I heard this sound like a plunger at about three in the mornin.

Person 2: Are you sure it wasn't the milkman flibbin yo mama?

Person 1: Oh yea, i didn't think of that.
