Flashturbation

Used by web designers to refer to a website that uses Flash excessively (usually in an introduction and in the navigation); this is often irritating and in many cases only used to show off how 'pro' a site is.

Dang, that site took like a minute to get past its Flashturbation intro.

flustration

Flustration is a word used to describe being in a state of frustration while also being flustered.

I was in a state of Flustration because the restaurant staff continued to mix up our meal orders on successive courses in spite of my efforts to help them correct their mistakes.

I became increasingly Flustered with their lack of cooperation.
