The extreme flashtration caused by trying to animate in Flash is making me want to throw my computer out a window.

A neighbour who has your back like a buddy does.

Example 1. Hey Neighbuddy, feel free to use my WiFi whenever.

Example 2. Hey Neighbuddy, just heard somebody making popcorn at your house, but I know you're at work. WTF?

Example 3. It's your birthday and you're by yourself? WTF? I'm coming over. With popcorn.
