It is the condition where a person can no longer find joy, motivation, or satisfaction in active hobbies (like figuring out a video game, reading, paying attention to a movie or going outside) because their brain has been conditioned to receive instant, effortless dopamine hits just by swiping down on a screen.

Feedrot

Feedrot has zapped our joy receptors. We get endorphins for scrolling down now, no need to figure things out in a game, or seek joy in activities. Just scroll.
