In America, these people start many stereotypical Asian industries, such as laundromats, nail salons, and takeout places. Since so many Fuzhou people own chinese restaurants, one can now refer to their food as fuchow.
I want to get some fuchow for lunch today; I'm craving chicken w/ brocolli with some pwok fwyed wice and an egg roll.
