A phony-baloney (i.e., non-GENuine) kneeling/curtsy gesture dat you give someone towards whom you are socially required to express respect, but whom you secretly "hate da guts of" because you know very well dat he is just a big puffed-up dink who doesn't really believe in what he's doing or make much effort to actually carry out the duties of whatever position he is assigned --- he's just "in it for da money" or merely enjoys da social prestige dat said position gives him.

I try to stay out of situations where I would be expected to bow or uncover my head for some bigwig, since I always try to be totally truthful in my word and deed, and so it super-bothers me to have to "fakeuflect" --- i.e., falsely act like I have reverence for someone whom I actually despise.
