Failblog moment 

When someone makes such an embarrassingly stupid mistake that it is worthy to be on Failblog.org in picture or video form. The funny equivalent to a kodak moment.

Actual example from Failblog.org:

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. - Authorities said a couple got into a fight using 'cheetos'. The Bedford County Sheriff's Department said a 40-year old man and a 44-year old woman became involved in a 'verbal altercation'. Somehow, the orange puffy snacks were used in the assault. Deputies said they were charged with domestic assault. No one was hurt. They both were posted with a bond of $2,500.

That is a perfect example of a Failblog moment.

Failblog 

A website that started off with generally funny text commentary on various pictures around the internet, usually depicting very embarrassing or obvious errors. Unfortunately the website has devolved to slapping "FAIL" or "WIN" on any and all images it swallows up. Many entries are pictures and videos that are in and of themselves funny but Failblog has decided to point out why the picture or video is so obviously funny and thus reduced most of the hilarity because of their idiotic labeling.

Guy 1: Hey check this out. The weather map is in the shape of a dick!

Guy 2: That would've been funnier had Failblog not pasted the obvious FAIL all over it.

Fail Blob Chaar 

When someone fails terribly this word/phrase is the only way of compensating for their act disregarding any other words as no other words can come to mind other than this word/phrase. (Warning only to be used if a severe act of failure has been committed).

If this word/phrase (Fail Blob Chaar) were to be defined in a simplistic approach... if someone was a complete idiot and ruined the most easy of tasks. Any person knowing this worthy phrase would insult them using this phrase that will shine through the years passing on as my legacy.

Either you love it, or you hate it.

If you love it, congrats.

If you hate it, it's because you liked it before it was cool, and now it's really annoying to see the world catch up with what you thought was funny many months ago. Like seeing Napoleon Dynamite or Invader Zim, thinking it's hilarious, then seeing it capitalized to the point that you're so fucking sick of it you forgot why it was funny in the first place.

It's an annoying thing to hate. Because really you should be patting yourself on the back for knowing what's funny. You could be a fucking producer knowing what the world will love. But no, you can't kill that hardwiring. We will continue to hate failblog, and those who keep using "FAIL" as a meme, for they are stabbing the wounded.
