Makeup applied to emphasize the shape of the eyes, but can also be applied to achieve intensity and definition. Usually comes from a "pencil" and is applied under and above in eye.

Eyeliner Lesbian 

A fem or lipstick lesbian of punk, goth, rockabilly or otherwise alternative tendancies.
They are fond of ripped fishnets, tight jeans, leather jackets, chipped nail polish, pin-up girl tattoos, jewlery featurig skulls, piercings, lepord print, aquanet, teased hair, corsetry, and of course loads of thick black eyeliner.
Their prefered music tends toward: punk, Riot Grrl, Deathrock (a punk influened form of goth), Indie rock, hard core punk, some post-punk, electroclash
They mock those who listen to Ani Difranco (though may have a song or two of hers on their computers) and would never, ever, ever go to Lillith Faire.
They are not straight women experimenting, although they are frequently bisexual, not considering other eyeliner lesbians and effeminante goth/glam/indie boys particularly different.
Such women include: Joan Jett, Kathleen Hanna, Peaches (bi, but still)

eyeliner 

its a disease, most common in teenage girls and emo guys. eyeliner can look damn sexy and bring out ones eyes, but also can make little 7th graders look like sluts and/or racoons. ugly people also sometimes where it to look less ugly. eyeliner looks really good on the girls in bollywood movies, but white girls gots ta be careful cuz if dey overdo it, dey look like vampires.

Random girl: "The coolest eyeliner colors are purple and blue!"

Some guy: "Damnn dat chick avril lavigne's eyeliner is messed uppp!"

eyeliner whore 

a girl who wears way too much eyeliner everyday
she cant leave her house with out it
even if shes already late shell make everybody more late just so she can put her eyeliner on
she allways has some in her purse at all times
and feels the need to keep re-applying it every 20 minutes

by no means does wearing eyeliner make a person a whore but whores are known to wear way too much eyeliner so there for girls who wear alot of eyeliner are percieved as being a whore

my best friend turned into such a eyeliner whore when she became friends with the popular girls
