A "dot exer" or "Exer" is someone who creates high-tech (faux or real) wearable head for creating a new identity. Conventionally that of a Monitor or TV.

Typically a title for a character streamer on Twitch or character personality that incorporates technology wearables.

1: "Oh look! A robot!!"

2: "Their not a robot, they're an exer!"

An aweeeesomeeee friend who--most of the time will not let you down! A smart and on-task person who deep down probably wants to get extrrreeeeme revenge on their enemies. Super fun once you get to know them and probably a very unique person :^} also hates confronting people unless its online.

WM Exer

Walmart Explorer ie: a dork addicted to people watching at Wal Mart late at night , in constant search for the next star for the "people of wal mart ( dot ) com" , prone to asking total strangers if they can take a photos of there tattoos, hairstyle etc.

Pablo is total WM Exer .. constantly visiting Wal Mart at odd hours of the night to people watch
