Exergasm 

The moment of achieving a "runner's high" while engaging in physical activity, generally exercise. It is believed that a state of euphoria can be achieved over the course of an otherwise painful and long workout when your body releases endorphins as a result.
I felt terrible when I was running, but then I had an exergasm and the last few miles felt great!
