Sigma evolving syndrom 

Heavy pain often in a particular spot of the body eg. chest, abs, shoulders etc. indicating that the person is slowly starting to evolve into a Sigma male. Usually happens after a certain change in life like a break-up, after holidays, getting a new gf or job.
