eift (or eifting), a derivative of sift, refers to when someone attempts to display copious amounts of affection to everyone (hence the e). The word often refers to people in administrative positions of power that exploit their advantage to make unwelcomed sexual advances onto people below them in the workplace-hierarchy. Eift is often referring to physical sexual harassment rather than light-hearted flirtation. In short, eift means "sexually harass multiple people".
