whenever anything is impacted, be it a body part, a part of a city, anything that can be pointed to or circled with a pointing finger can be identified as the effected region.

I peed my pants. I'm now wet in the effected region. (this is accompanied by a circling motion around the general area of discussion by the dominant hand with the index finger extended)

S-Effected (verb) 1: To die suddenly and horribly from gunfire to the head/chest for being in the wrong place at the wrong time or out of anger.

S-Effected (verb) 2: To be folded in half after death by a giant drone.

(ee-ˈfek-tid) adj. - with the emphasis on both the first syllable and the second, ie. EE-FEK-ted, and having as its object usu. a person displaying the effects of being affected and simultaneously infected by any new idea, set of beliefs or by the adoption of some new technology and is displaying symptoms in any variety of irregular, uncharacteristic, annoying or irrational behavior(s).

David Dobrik's friend Dom made this word up in a vlog David posted while talking about condoms, he was trying to say the word effectiveness, but said the word effectency.

David: You want your own condoms
Dom: That's right

David: That doesn't work right?
Dom: Hahaha, zero percent effectency
