A term used to describe a person who willingly engages in sexual conduct with other persons whose sexual orifices are so stretched from prior use that they are said to echo.

1. If you visit a prostitute you are probably Echo Friendly.
2. The Millionaire Matchmaker, Patti Stanger, was tasked with finding "Echo Friendly" dates for her club millionaires in Season 3 Episode 8.
3. John Holmes, porn star, was Echo Friendly.
