Mikhail Gorbachev a.k.a. Micheal Deyo An ex Spetsnaz soldier and kgb operative. He was sent on a secret mission to the US to get intell on American life. But ever since the fall of the USSR the kgb doesn't exist, so the mission is scrapped. He is in denial of the fall of the USSR, and continues his mission in an unnamed Town in the Midwestern part of the US.
