Mikhail Gorbachev a.k.a. Micheal Deyo An ex Spetsnaz soldier and kgb operative. He was sent on a secret mission to the US to get intell on American life. But ever since the fall of the USSR the kgb doesn't exist, so the mission is scrapped.
