A druffi is somebody who use to be on harder drugs (uppers like Methamphetamine, Amphetamine, MDMA Ecxtasy,Cocaine, Liquid, GHBetc.) mostly for several days and nights without sleeping.

This druffi over there should rather go to bed than smoking another bulb of meth...
