To disgustingly propel one's fat skin in such a motion that it repeatedly slaps against the pavement and makes those in the surrounding area want to vomit.

You could hear their fat asses drubbling down the street in their cybernetic suits that allowed just a bit too much skin to leak out onto the asphalt.
