n. In Baltimoron, this refers to Ocean City, MD, and would be literally translated as "down to the ocean." Ocean City, MD is a very popular vacation destination, and a source of much regional culture. For example, 19th Street is named "Johnny Unitas Way," honoring the great Baltimore Colts quarterback of the 1960s and 1970s, who wore the number 19.

Best known for his films Iron Man, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Chaplin, Tropic Thunder, Sherlock Holmes and (wait for it) the upcoming Avengers...can't wait!!

Also known for his impressive strength & recovery from drug use, and even for his charm and attractiveness (looking pretty good for being in his 40s).

downdy ocean

Baltimore colloquialism referencing where one has gone or is going on their vacation; "down at the ocean", or rather, Ocean City, Maryland; the traditional getaway for Marylanders, particularly Baltimoreans.

Downy Tiger

it was named after a tiger with down syndrome (to see an image google down syndrome tiger). The word usually isn't used to refer as a down syndrome tiger often people use it as a friendly insult to people. Its usually said when the person is being dumb, not paying attention, pissing you off extra extra.......
