Or just drawing attention to it. The origin of this meme is from twitter user: Milburry13. In which they call out an apology made by an artist. In this video, the classic 'chicken jockey' scene from: A Minecraft Movie, is dubbed with Garett saying: ''They wanna make an apology?'' and Steve responding: ''Google Dockey!'' the titular line. French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
