disintelligence

a euphamastic (friendly) way to say that someone is stoopid and is spreading their stoopidty around the world like vix vapor rub.

Where higher education is the attainment of greater knowledge and understanding, disintelligence is the digression of higher thinking through the spread of ignorance.
Girl1: Your disintelligence is polluting the gene pool. Please go play on a freeway.
