A 'Dirtmonger' is somebody with low moral-values, usually used in context to berate somebody for doing something bad, disgusting or unusually manky.

Can be used to describe anyone who is acting in such a way that is socially, economically, and/or spiritually comparable to napping in dirt.

Jake- "Dude, throw away your used condoms."
Mike- " No way man condoms are expensive"
Jake- "......fuckin dirtnapper...."
