The plural of dinker. It is usually used to describe a bunch of dogs, or any other undesireables, who are grouped together. The d is never made capital, even if it's at the start of a sentence.

Used by real estate photographers and agents to define any home that's under 2K sq. ft., that don't stand out and are extra ordinary in terms of architecture.
A real estate agent called me today and hired me to go photograph this dinker. All the houses in this neighborhood are dinkers.
