That n-dibah (Norwalk dirty scumbag) vandalized her garden, scratched her car, stole money, perhaps while using his job as a power play to justify it out in the open. Someone needs to say "Do the job you're paid to do asshole." to them, but instead they soft quit and harass people. It's a Norwalk, CT thing.
