Delyla
A cute, funny, crazy, amazing girl. She's very honest and loyal, but likes to get on your nerves for fun. She's like when her bae gets jealous and needs a guy who's honest and loves her. She's very independent, makes everyone happy, is absolutely WEIRD, but she's the realist girl you'll ever meet. She's a bit crazy, but you learn to love her for who she is.

If your parents named you Della, you've pretty much been born into a life of badass-ness . You're an awesome female that is effortlessly gorgeous and glamorous, but still outspoken, loud, and not afraid to speak your mind. Guys wanna date you, and girls wanna be you. you're always the life of the party. sure, you might think you have enemies, but really they're just people that are jealous of your perfection. oh, and youre incredibly smart, witty, and funny. if someone has a problem, youre here to help c:

Della is a beautiful person! If you ever meet one, consider yourself lucky since they don't come around that often.
Della has a beautiful smile and laugh and a hilarious sense of humour ! Amazing kisser and amazing at other things too ;) She has an awesome rack and bootylicious booty!
The only downside to Della is that she doesn't hang around long! She'll come along and brighten your day and then can leave without saying anything. Della is also very nervous when it comes to relationships! If you ever meet a Della, treat her like a Queen, she'll feel more confident and will probably stay around!

Della is very nonchalant. She's the nicest person I've ever met! She's also really funny! It's not the same when you meet a Bella , meet a Della ! Trust me, you'll never regret it. She's friends with everyone. Della is also very pretty, but will never admit it :)

Striver
The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.
The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.
The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.

Anthony was a striver. He transfered from a TTT to an IVY and graduated in 2 years. He studied his ass off and went to Penn Law. He got a Biglaw offer. But lost it all because of an unmoderated mesasgeboard.
