Hym "You know, I googled 'Inconcordant' and it gave me 'Non-concordant' and I'm like 'Ew, that doesn't sound as good...' so I've just been switching to 'inconsistent.' But I must have not switched the first time. So, just know, that if you've seen me use the word 'inconsistent' since then I've been thinking 'Inconcordant' and then I'm like 'Oh wait, it's supposed to non-concordant...' and them I'm defaulting back to inconsistent. Which one was it? Was it 'Inconcordant with virtue?' Bah... Whatever..."
in a technical sense, concordance is the efficiency of compliance and adherence combined, and it represents the effectiveness (not yet efficiency) of clinical interventions
Nobody will keep swallowing those big pills for a long period, concordance is very poorly designed here.
