A statement which starts as a compliment and ends with a subtle, or at times not so subtle, insult.

MO: MFR is absolutely right, that's twice in ten years.
EMM: Great compinsult MO!
MFR: PNM is great at throwing darts, he hits MO's arm every time.
PNR: That compinsult don't confront me.

Revenge or payback. Used as a noun to sound cooler than just saying revenge. Said by Michael and Logan on Zoey 101 when they were trying to get revenge on Vince Blake.
