In order to implement a comprehensive traffic management programme, you must first assess the compartmentalised traffic windows.

compartmentalize 

Someone who can "divide" his or her's emotions from other thoughts, even from the important.
A spy can compartmentalize his emotions after killing someone, knowing (s)he still has a mission to complete.

Compartmentalised Traffic Window 

A highly innovative method of traffic calming first initiated by Colin Minton of Ford Village Society. It's primary aims are probably really good but I can't actually remember what they are at present.

Comportment 

A three pronged rating system based on physical appearance, sexual aura and awareness of one’s portrayal. It is often used to refer to how a female carried herself, and her ability to attract you the evening prior.
"Did you see Jana last night? Not very appealing.She was drooling everywhere, her comportment was disgusting."

"Lindsey was being way too forward last night, her comportment was way out of wack. Whatta slut."

"Julia isn't movie star hot, but her comportment last night took her to a whole new level."

"Brittany Spears began her career with a cute and attractive image. However, over the years, her comportment has spiraled downward exponentially."

comportmantatible 

(Adj.) describes two words whose phonologies allow them to be readily combined into a portmanteau.
"Portmanteau" and "compatible" are comportmantatible with one another, because one can readily combine them into a portmanteau: "comportmantatible".

compartmentalization

To put certain persons into mental "compartments" based on race, sexual orientation, religion, ect.
compartmentalization is bad
