clear skin 

The ultimate goal of the teen suffering from acne.
However, this is virtually non-existent among the teenage community, as we all happen to get a pimple at the absolute worst time, like the day before school's picture day.

It took me 3 years to get clear skin, because acne treatment is complete crap.

My dermatologist knows nothing about clear skin.

The business process of terminating an entire geographic location. Sometimes done to move people to corporate headquarters, of as part of a bigger plan to outsource jobs, or a cost savings plan to move jobs to a cheaper region (e.g. India).

The first thing Jeremy did after joining the company, was to perform "regional cleansing" of the Redmond, Washington development group. Jeremy showed up Monday and told everyone that their jobs were being eliminated. They had one month to look for new jobs in other corporate locations.

It could be higher property assessments, highways through poor neighborhoods, higher costs for food, shelter, and even water. The city of Leander engaged in economic cleansing when it raised city water rates so high that poor residents couldn't afford the water bill. The Health Dept. said they can't live in a trailer, where they lived for 30 years, without their city water hookup. They must move. They have been economically cleansed by the city council.
