claw-machine

A game often featured in arcades which moves a claw around a box in attempt to capture an item (most likely a stuffed-animal, ball, or small toy) and drop said item into a slot so that you can claim your prize and become a complete pimp on the playground. This game can be ridiculously hard at times, and the cause of difficulty may vary from the claw being too weak to you simply being completely uneducated in the ways of the claw. Play at your own risk, however, for poor results can, and will, lead to: deppresion, frustration, loss of quarters, anger, bullying from the pimp who won something, crying, and having your hopes and dreams crushed.
Timmy won three stuffies from the claw-machine, and is now a huge pimp.

Claw Machine

Everybody says that claw machines are rigged, and yes, of course they are thats how the owners make money! but they do still take some skill. When people play the claw machine and drop the claw in a terrible spot they will call it rigged. If you line the claw up well you can still win from it. For claw machines with more expensive prices in them, they have payouts rates, payout rates are how much money people need to put in before the machine lets you win, if there is something that costs $200 dollars in a claw machine then obviously it will be rigged but it will let you win once enough money is put in that the owner is making a good profit. But the claw machines with the cheap stuffed animals inside are rigged but the payout rate will be very low, so you can win probably at least 1 in 10 tries.

Claw Machine Addiction

When you can’t stop using a claw machine, until a Denny’s employee cuts you off of the quarters that you keep giving them.
Denny’s employee “This one guy comes in and spend 50 bucks until he gets a prize from the claw machine. He has a claw machine addiction
Theater kid #4: But I wanted sugar loaf!

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
