What happens to a person when a tweet of theirs is retweeted or replied to critically and the response earns far greater likes than the original post. Similar to "ratioed," but a more extreme version of such. Derived from CNN journalist Chris Cillizza, who commonly tweets content that receives intense criticism from other journalists/political commentators.
