A method of marking the moment when a person makes an unwanted or otherwise unnecessary remark, which often adds nothing to the conversation or is completely unrelated. Timed well, this phrase can lead to embarrassment for the victim at their lack of social/conversational skills, especially in front of larger groups. Originates from the FIFA franchise, relating to touchline reporter Geoff Shreeves.
