Get's house elves drunk, but no intoxicating effect on wizzards.

Butterbumps

The unmistakable nervous joyfulness experienced by an individual typically described as having a feeling of Butterflies located in the stomach coupled with the physical reaction to the hair on the body, mainly the arm hair, to stand on end causing what is known as Goose Bumps.

So Butterflies in the stomach mixed with Goosebumps & you have a case of the Butterbumps. Almost exclusively brought on by your Significant Other.

After nearly a decade of marriage I still get Butterbumps when I see my wife.
