It's "bush-bond", i.e. bonding with the bushes. I just recently learned this on my favorite show “Live PD: Police Patrol “

bush bound

It means someone who has bailed out of a car and run on foot...usually sounds like "bush bond" on the radio. Used in the south east areas of the U.S.

“County 32 Edward 3, vehicle has 10-50’d & suspects are bush bound.”
