Humblectomy (Humble - ectomy) : Describing a conceded person who likes to brag about everything they do no matter how small or insignificant. As if they have had all of their humbleness removed forcefully.

"Our manager brags so much about his meaningless accomplishments that I think he had a Humblectomy when he got promoted."

Bullectomy:

Verb—Bullectomy defn: Ball chop.
Used in a sentance: “He had to go for a bullectomy because the sprouts didn’t take & rotted insitu”
