The most amazing guy in the world. They are ALWAYS there for you. And NEVER let you down. They may be stupid and crazy, but thats what makes you love them. Never let a friend named Brayten go...they are special! They have the best laugh. And make you feel like your the specialest girl in the world to him. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
