This is a curse word used in Jamaica when surprised, angry etc. It is apart of the language Patios. You can say it is "equivalent" to fuck.

Bomboclaat 

Jamaican patios expletive used to express surprise or disdain. Used in a similar way to 'fuck' in English.

The literal translation is bum cloth. I.E. something that you wipe your bum with after having a shit. It has the same meaning as raasclaat (arse cloth) and is similar to bloodclot or pussyclot (blood cloth and pussy cloth respectively), both meaning sanitary pad.
