The Bitchstigator is an ego-maniac (usually a female) who thrives on pointing out how great they are, preys on the weak and convinces others that everyone else is an idiot. They successfully utilize tactics to avoid responsibility and accountability. They also love using others to do things they don’t want to do. When confronted by authority, they often deploy rapid tears to deflect from the root cause.

While being a bitch, they love to instigate. They live for it. Sometimes quietly, but often not and they utilize their network of minions to do their bidding. The Bitchstigator has been compared to David Koresh as a Cult-like leader. This individual is highly toxic and loves polarizing and defaming those who they see as a threat...especially those who they deem as an idiot (usually people of authority).

They are a bitch and an instigator at the same time.

Avoid this individual at all costs.

John: “I had a 1:1 with Tom and gave him feedback about lessons learned from yesterday. Great meeting. Good stuff. Then, the next day, Tom told me the lessons learned were all wrong and the people affected can fucking deal. I saw Tom talking to Michelle after I had talked to him and Michelle was pointing at me and Tom was laughing. WTF is going on?!?”
