bitch 1: "did you hear about Cristina blah blah blah"
bitch 2: "yeah I did, omg blah blah blah"
random eavesdropper: "those two have a serious case of bitch syndrome (bs)"

When someone gets hurt, and won't stop bitching about it. Primarily directed to hockey and lacrosse goalies.

Goalie-"Don't shoot it that hard, it hurts"
Player-"Looks like you have a case of bitch syndrome (BS)"
